Our modern lifestyle dictates that food be convenient, tasty, and affordable. Often times, these requirements are met with heavily processed foods or restaurant fare loaded with salt, fat, sugar, preservatives, colorings, and artificial flavors which can be harmful to our health. But does having a demanding career, children or a busy lifestyle automatically mean that we have to abandon traditional foods and cultural wisdom along the way? I don’t think so!!!
